Therefore, it is of great significance to use biomass heating boilers in winter.
In order to achieve the energy-saving effect of the boiler, it is necessary to increase the combustion efficiency of the biomass heating boiler and other boilers, improve the combustion efficiency of the biomass heating boiler, protect the slagging in the furnace, and ensure the fast combustion speed of the boiler. At the same time, the following measures to improve the combustion efficiency of the biomass heating boiler are introduced to you:
1. Sufficient oxygen: if the excess air coefficient is too small, i.e. insufficient air supply, it will increase the heat loss of solid incomplete combustion Q4 and combustible gas incomplete combustion Q3 and reduce the combustion efficiency; if the excess air coefficient is too large, it will reduce the furnace temperature and increase the heat loss of incomplete combustion. The excess air coefficient makes the sum of Q2 + Q3 + Q4 very small.
2. Scale control and descaling technology: by using biomass heating boiler scale agent and electronic scale control device, the water steam circulation system is optimized, and the boiler sewage treatment rate is reasonably controlled, so as to reduce scale and improve the boiler thermal efficiency.
3. Keep the position of fuel flame front of biomass heating boiler reasonable, the flame front should be located between the grate and the central grate, and the flame on the grate is full.
When the water level of gas boiler is lower than the safe water level, or the invisible water level of glass tube and water level gauge are white.
Generally, there is a water level alarm on the gas boiler, that is, the alarm signal of low water level will be sent out.
When the water level is low, the fan motor, induction fan and grate reducer stop running according to the specified value. The steam temperature of superheater of gas boiler is the temperature rise of water, which is normally higher than the output temperature of steam.
When the gas boiler is short of water, the feed water flow is less than the steam flow.
If water shortage is caused by cracking of heating furnace or economizer pipe, the steam flow is large. There is no need to add water to the boiler now.
