The boiler body has the following characteristics:
1. The tube is composed of arch tube plate and threaded smoke tube. The tube is transformed from quasi rigid structure to quasi elastic structure, which eliminates the tension components in the tube area and reduces the stress. The safety of the boiler is greatly improved by adopting non tension and low stress arch tube plate.
2. Due to the arrangement of riser at the lower part of the drum, the dead water area at the bottom of the drum is eliminated, so the sludge is not easy to deposit. There is a fireproof layer at the lower part of the drum, so that the high temperature area of the drum is not directly radiated by the flame to prevent the expansion of the lower shell of the boiler.
3. The high-efficiency heat exchange screw tube is adopted to strengthen the heat exchange effect, achieve the characteristics of fast heating and fast pressurization of the boiler, and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler; due to the interference of smoke in the pipe. The smoke pipe is not easy to accumulate dust and plays a self-cleaning role.
4. The two wing type flue in the furnace is composed of water cooling pipes in the furnace, which are both flue and convection heating surface. The body structure is very compact, and the rear tube plate is not washed by the high temperature flue gas in the furnace.
Combustion system: including grate, front arch and rear arch.
Grate: large chain grate is adopted for the boiler, with large rigidity, good ventilation effect and convenient loading and unloading. The front and rear axle length of the grid is 4.55m, and the effective width is 1.576m. The heat-resistant cast iron side seal is adopted, the sealing clearance between the side seal and the grate plate is 8mm, and the side seal is cooled by cold air, so as to effectively avoid burning loss, material leakage and air leakage. There are six independent air chambers under the grate, and the air is distributed according to the combustion conditions. The air intake mode is air inlet at both sides of the tail. The utility model adopts a push-pull gate ash cleaning device to effectively prevent the air leakage of the grate and the air in series between the grate air chambers.
2. Water cooling device: the water-cooled low-temperature pyrolysis device and the steam fire resistance device are installed at the furnace mouth. The former effectively reduces the furnace temperature, inhibits the rapid decomposition of fuel volatiles, and makes fuel combustion more stable.
3. Furnace arch: in order to ensure the complete combustion of boiler load and fuel, the furnace arch of boiler is quite different from that of coal-fired boiler.
4. Furnace wall and insulation layer, traditional smooth furnace wall, boiler furnace wall insulation layer and one layer of refractory brick, one layer of thick aluminum silicate refractory fiber, the outermost vermiculite insulation layer, the front smoke layer aluminum silicate refractory fiber board embedded in the cardboard, the fire-resistant fiber board is fixed on the cigarette box board with steel wire mesh, flat steel, fasteners, The thickness of the outer layer of the refractory concrete, the thermal insulation and sealing performance of the boiler are reliable guarantees.
